Welcome to Noor Nursing Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of our nursing staffing solutions for healthcare facilities, nurses, and other users in Sydney, Australia.

Scope of Services

We provide staffing solutions including, but not limited to:

  • Temporary and permanent placements of nurses (RNs, ENs, AINs, Wardsmen).
  • Specialized care staffing (mental health, aged care, NDIS, palliative).
  • 24/7 emergency support for healthcare facilities.
  • Compliance checks (AHPRA, NDIS, WWCC).

Eligibility

  • Facilities: Must be registered healthcare providers in Sydney/NSW.
  • Nurses: Must hold valid AHPRA registration (if applicable), NDIS Worker Screening, and relevant certifications.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate facility requirements (shift details, patient needs, etc.).
  • Comply with NSW Health regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Pay invoices within [X] days of receipt. Late payments may incur fees.

Nurse Responsibilities

  • Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance.
  • Adhere to facility policies and patient confidentiality (HIPAA/Privacy Act 1988).
  • Report incidents or concerns promptly to Noor Nursing Agency.

Fees & Payment

  • Facilities: Fees vary based on placement type (temporary/permanent) and urgency.
  • Nurses: No fees for job placement. Payment terms align with shifts completed.
  • Refunds: No refunds for completed shifts. Replacements offered for unsatisfactory staff.

Confidentiality

  • All parties agree to protect patient and business data under the Privacy Act 1988.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information may result in legal action.

Liability

We strive to provide qualified, compliant nurses but are not liable for:

  • Acts/omissions of nurses during assignments.
  • Facility disputes or patient outcomes.

Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question.

Termination

  • Facilities/Nurses: May terminate agreements with [X] days’ written notice.
  • Noor Nursing Agency: Reserves the right to terminate services for breaches of these terms.
